●【NOTE】Cannot be charged or opened to change batteries.（It comes with a battery inside, so its best not to open it, as it may not tighten and cause water to enter.） Suggestions from people who have made purchases: I do recommend adding about five wraps of teflon tape to the threads of the water sensor. It seems that life in an active pool can produce condensation/ or water penetration inside the unit. After doing this, I have not had any more problems.
