Does this monitor have touch function?

No, this 15.6 inch portable display doesnt support touch.

My laptop and monitor are connected with a type c to type c cable, showing "No Signal" , how can i solve it?

The usb type c interface needs to support Thunderbolt 3. Please confirm whether your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3. Otherwise your laptop cant transmit signal via usb c to usb C cable.

Besides tuming on or off the monitor, whats the function of the "Power" button?

1.OSD Menu: press the "Power" button once

2.Confirm

3.Turn On/Turn Off: You can press the“Power" button for 4 seconds to turn on/off the monitor.

4.Back/Exit: Press the“Power”button for 2 seconds.

I cant save the settings | made in the OSD menu, is this normal?

If only Type-C connection is used, the power-saving mode will automatically turn on and no settings will be saved. If you need to save the settings, please provide separate power supply for the monitor.
