Instructions to follow for replacing the cutter head

  1. Using a screwdriver unscrew the existing steel cutter head
  2. Carefully remove the steel cutter head and replace it with the desired cutter head.
  3. Put the screw back and tighten the new steel cutter head to the handle using a screwdriver, please note the screw should fave to the cavity in the handle
  4. Gently press the cutter head to check elasticity of the joint between the cutter head and handle (keep 1mm distance)

How to add oil to your glass cutter

  1. Remove the metal ball head from the handle
  2. Using a oil dropper fill the glass cutter with as much oil needed for current project or cutting session
  3. Put back the metal ball to the head and close the head top.
  4. Adjust the Metal ball head for a smooth oil yield

Steps For Usage

1. Measure the thickness of materials to chose the right cutting head.Suitable for mirror, glass, tiles etc. thickness range from 2mm to 20mm.

2. Use a screwdriver to replace the cutting head according to your needs.

3. Use a oil dropper to get some oil from the oil bottle.

4. Unscrew the metal ball and add some oil into the handle can make the cutting head more fluent when cutting.

5. Measure with a ruler and mark on parts you want to cut with a color pen.

6. Hold glass cutter firmly and keep the angle between handle and glass at 40 - 60 degree. Hold and press cutter on the glass and cut it along with the line marked. Do not cut the same line repeatedly.

7. Gently tap the glass on the one side of the line with the metal ball head after cutting. The glass will be broke along the line neatly. The put the metal ball underneath the line. Press the 2 sides of the material to make it split.
