Why should mineral filter be soaked before first use?

When the mineral filter is dry, it can impede the flow of pure water and cause water overflowing.

Before the first use, soak it for 8-10 hour in advance to ensure optimal flow.

Additionally, use the Half/Full button to dispense mineral water.

How often do I need to replace the mineral filter?

The lifespan of the mineral filter is 3-6 months.

If used frequently, it is generally recommended to replace it every 3-4 months.
