Kerrys Corn Creamer System

Step 1: Chop off Both Ends

Chop off both ends of the corn. We recommend using the Clever Cleaver.

Step 2: Screw into the Corn Cob

Using the included corn cob screw, screw into the fat end of the cob.

Step 3: Spin off the Shucks

Place the corn below the brushes in the deilker tube and spin the corn until the shucks fly off. Then lightly brush the corn against the brushes to remove all the silk.

Step 4: Cream Corn

Using a very slow drill speed run the corn into and out of the tube two or three times. Any more and the teeth start biting into the cob.

We use a rubber band or zip bags at the end of the creamer tube to catch the cream corn. This minimizes the chance of flies or other insects getting into the cream corn.

The Kerrys Corn Creamer Story

I created the Kerrys Corn Creamer System because theres nothing like it. The 2nd part of the story is people have been BEGGING me to make it.

Up until 2017 there were two competing corn creamers, the John Thomas Corn Creamer and the EZ-Creamer. Both are now out of production.

John Thomas died. The family knew nothing about his business. So the ability to make them are lost to history.

The gentleman who made the EZ-Creamer retired and, well, it has a dangerous flaw of the tiny metal teeth breaking off into the cream corn and being somewhat unfindable until mealtime (or beyond).

In some ways I use a little of both but also make it my own. Whats important is the creamer device I use is hard plastic that will not break or chip. So all youll get is corn!

This is a pre-production model. It is functional but not quite a finished product look. The plastic molds are being made for the creamer tube and Z-stand. Until then, please enjoy.
