Description

• Loosen thumb wheel in a counter clockwise motion.
• Depress thumb wheel so locking plate maintains 1/2" gap.
• Insert locking plate into the bed rail.
• Rotate tie-down cleat 90°and release thumb wheel.
• Slide cleat to closet detent in rail system. you will feel locking plate snap into detent.
• Tighten thumb wheel in a clockwhise motion until clutch mechanism ratchets.
• Check tie-down cleat to confirm that it is locked into detent and securely mounted to bed rail system
