How to Find the Air Inlet for Wine Bottle Cushioning Bags?

On the inflatable wine travel bag youll find a line of labels, follow the green arrows on the labels to find the start of the arrows where the air intake is. Gently knead with your hand to open the air inlet and insert the air pump to inflate.

What should I do if the column cannot be inflated?

If some of the columns cannot be inflated, find the air inlet of the corresponding column and gently knead it with your hand, then try to inflate it again.

If you receive a wine bottle travel bag that is damaged.

Do not worry, we will replace it for you at the first time.

Our wine bottle protectors are suitable for bottles 3.5 inches in diameter and 12.5/14.5 inches in height. We recommend inflating the bag to approximately 80% to prevent the interior space from becoming too tight and crushing the bottle.
