The LCD module hardware circuit includes 3 parts: LCD display control circuit, touch screen control circuit and backlight control circuit.
The LCD display control circuit is used to control the pins of the LCD, including control pins and data transmission pins.
The touch screen control circuit can control the touch screen to touch the corresponding and touch coordinate reading (touch screen optional).
The backlight control circuit is used to control the backlight on and off. Of course, if you do not need to control the backlight, you can directly connect the backlight control pin to the 3.3V power supply without using this circuit.

The maximum resolution supported by the ITI9341 controller is 240*320 and has a 172800-byte GRAM. At the same time, it supports 8-bit, 9-bit, 16-bit and 18-bit parallel port data buses, and also supports 3-wire and 4-wire SPI serial ports. Since parallel control requires a large number of I0 ports, SPI serial port control is the most commonly used. The ITI9341 also supports 65K and 262K RGB color display, which is rich in display colors. At the same time, it supports rotating display, scrolling display and video playback, with various display modes. The ITI9341 controller uses 16bit (RGB565) to control a pixel display, so it can display up to 65K colors per pixel. Pixel address settings are performed in the order of columns and columns, and the direction of increment and decrement is determined by the scanning method. The ITI9341 display method is based on setting the address before setting the color value.
