The light usually flashes when Halo’s power supply (output is less than 5V/1.3A) is insufficient. Please change to another USB port of devices or USB adapter in which the power supply with an output voltage of at least 5V and a current of 1.3A or above. We recommend using a power supply with an output voltage of 5V and a current of 1.5A or above to optimize the lamp’s light. If you are unsure about the output information of your USB devices, we recommend using a USB adapter on ScreenBar Halo directly. And before using a USB adapter, please have a look at your USB adapter specification for output information.
