Door wont stay locked. When I go out on the external side of the door it says locked but I can still open it.

Hi, the reason for this situation is likely due to incorrect installation. There is an arrow on the inside of the front panel that needs to face the side of the door opening (you can see the installation video we provide)

Is this lock suitable for sliding left doors?

Yes, its handle direction can be reversed (as shown in the video)

What are the advantages of this semi-automatic lock compared to a fully automatic lock?

Compared to directly unlocking with a motor, this semi-automatic lock can save more power and you dont need to frequently replace the battery.

The mortise lock body is not suitable for my door.

How to connect to the app?
