Description

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 300-400 gram citric acid and 300-400 gram sodium bicarbonate inside the bottle
Add 500-600 ml tap water to the bottle and cap the bottle with the enclosed regulator quickly
While the CO2 gas is produced slowly inside the bottle, adjust the needle valve accordingly. It takes approximately 45 minutes for the bubbles to stabilize after each needle valve adjustment
If the solenoid is purchased, remove the bubble counter from the regulator (do NOT unscrew the regulator) and attach the solenoid to it. Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet. As gas is continued to generate inside the bottle, adjust the needle valve to the desired bubble count

Q: Is the bottle body strong enough under the pressure? what are the specific parameters?

A: Yes. The bottle is completely safe. The bottle has a safety valve built-in. It will open automatically when the inside pressure exceeds the threshold

CO2 generator is based on the principle reaction of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate mix with water, high purity of carbon dioxide gas is produced. Upgraded bottle height and diameter rate, solid material used

Bottle height upgraded to 15inch (1inch higher than the 2L generator bottle), avoiding the overflow efficiently before the regulator screw in which is caused by the reactor of the citric acid and sodium bicarbonate.
The bottle is made of 1.5mm of SUS304 stainless steel (25% thicker than the regular 1.2mm bottle) and can sustain a pressure of 1137 PSI.
