This carburetor base gasket is made from a durable heat-resistant nitrite rubber compound material and is precision die-cut to ensure a proper fit. It comes in a 1/16 thickness and will help eliminate fuel boiling and vapor lock caused by heat conducted from the manifold to the carburetor. It provides torque retention, crush resistance, and sheer strength and seals using low clamp force while releasing easily. It will not stick to carburetor or intake manifold and can be reused.
